How is Change of Thought Responding to COVID-19?
The pandemic has brought about many new challenges that we never thought we would face in our lifetime. At the beginning of March 2020, we were met with fear of getting sick, losing loved ones, losing our jobs, and a whole lot of uncertainty.
A couple of years later, we are faced with what is slowly becoming a new normal, as we continue to adjust to uncertainty, while returning to return to normalized work routines and engaging with family, friends and our community.
Change of Thought Counselling will continue to offer virtual counselling sessions for those who are interested, but is also offering in-person sessions to those who are ready to reconnect. Maybe your counselling goals have nothing to do with COVID-19 or maybe they do, either way we are ready to support you through the next chapter of your life.
If you are a potential or returning customer and want to know the safety precautions being taking at Change of Thought Counselling, please call or email us and we will be happy to discuss this with you. You are always welcome to wear a mask and request that staff on site do the same - your safety is our priority.
For all other concerns, please call or email for an intake and to schedule an appointment.
