The pandemic has brought about many new challenges that we never thought we would face in our lifetime. At the beginning of March 2020, we were met with fear of getting sick, losing loved ones, losing our jobs, and a whole lot of uncertainty.
Nearly a year later, we are faced with what is slowly becoming a new normal, as we continue to adjust to uncertainty, fear of ourselves or loved ones becoming sick, and remaining hopeful that we can soon reconnect with family and friends, return to normalized work routines, and engage in activities that have been off limits for far too long!
Change of Thought Counselling will continue to offer virtual counselling sessions for those who are interested, but is also offering in-person sessions to those who are ready to reconnect. Maybe your counselling goals have nothing to do with COVID-19 or maybe they do, either way we are ready to support you through the next chapter of your life.
